Needed a new board bag for a trip out west so I ordered one from Potter brothers but unfortunately it was out of stock. Colin was all over it and emailed me that night to let me know they had the size I needed but in a different color. Being a day had lapsed he wasn't sold on it arriving in time so he went out of his way to hand deliver it to my home.
