COVID-19 Statement (Updated March 30th)
Without question, the safety and health of our customers and staff is our top priority. So, due to the intense risks and uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 and Governor Cuomo’s order to shut down all non-essential businesses in NY, all of our shop locations are temporarily closed at this time.
Some important things to know:
1. Seasonal Rental customers can hold on to their gear for the time being. As soon as our shops re-open we will begin accepting seasonal rental returns again. Our plan is to do this curbside at our Kingston and Fishkill shops. As always, there is no penalty for late returns.
2. Any customers with unused discount lift tickets purchased from PB for the 19/20 season can have them refunded upon our re-opening. If you’re ok with a shop credit on a gift card, that’s ok with us too!
3. Any customers who are in need of picking up their own personal equipment can DM us to make arrangements.
4. Summer Patio Furniture is currently on hold but we hope to have our showrooms ready sometime in April. We will post images of in-stock sets as they are available and will offer free delivery in the Hudson Valley.
We will respect this downtime and distancing in an effort to keep everyone safe and healthy. As soon as we have information regarding a re-opening date we will communicate that here on our website, with an email blast and through our social media channels.
