Shipping

All orders will be processed and shipped out within 24-hours from point of purchase. If an order is placed after 4pm EST Mon-Fri, it will not ship out until the next business day. Note: We are closed on Monday’s from April-August. We offer FREE Shipping on all orders  (with the exception of Lift Ticket orders). All Ticket orders have a flat-rate shipping fee of as we ship these orders via UPS or FedEx Envelope (with signature required). We also offer in-store pickup on all orders. In-store pickup locations are Kingston or Fishkill locations only.

Returns/Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on all items within a 21-day period assuming the product has not been used and is in its original condition with any tags still applied. Full refunds may be given on new (current season) products and store credit will be given on any sale or prior season items. Before returning an item purchased from PotterBrothers.Com, please call (845) 338-5119 to arrange for an RA# before sending the item back. The return address is: 57 City View Terrace, Kingston NY 12401.
